WELCOME TO THE
TPSF Transparency Database
|
The Political Science Forum believes that accountability and transparency begins in school. As such, TPSF would like to intensify the campaign for accountability and transparency with the use of modern technology. As per the instructions of the President, the Committee on Finance has made available online all records of organizational spending, easily available to the members for their scrutiny.
We believe it is when officers submit themselves to the scrutiny of the members that everyone is reminded that the authority of those who governs is derived from those who are governed --a key feature of our organization's democratic ideals, the protection of which is what the TPSF officers pledged to fulfill when they took their oath of office. Finally, it is embodiment of the fact that the members, not the officers, are the "core" or "life" of the organization, and they people who matter. |
Your officers are accountable to you!

PROJECT LIQUIDATION REPORTS
OVERVIEW:
Liquidation Reports reflect how funds were disbursed in a specific project. For example, a project is allotted a total budget of PHP 1,000, the liquidation report will show how the PHP 1,000 fund was used for the project. It reflects what items/materials were bought and/or what other things were spent on. Attached to the liquidation reports are the OFFICIAL RECEIPTS which are proofs of spending.
